Amnesty International Tawa College is holding a live concert at lunchtime in the Hall on Monday, September 1st.
We've got some great solo and band performances lined up for you, come along and enjoy them, it's gonna be fun! There may even be a few teachers getting involved!
Gold coin donation/koha will help Amnesty's international human rights work around the world.

Did you know that Commerce at TC has 3 cups to give out at Prize giving The Bev Pugsley for Accounting, The Monetary Policy Cup for Economics &.....the Quirk Cup. And this on top of all the amazing knowledge that Accounting, Economics and Business at TC provides you!
The Quirk cup also has a scholarship worth $2000/p.a. and most importantly the support network you never knew you were missing.
It's named after a TC alumnae Anthony Quirk who after making a name for himself in NZ business is now truly living up to the TC values of doing justly by paying it forward to a lucky TC student.
The Quirk Cup & Scholarship is given out to a student studying Commerce in Year 13 at TC - that's one of Accounting, Economics & Business. Yes of course you can do all 3 or just 2 :-)
Alicia & Catherine are some of the most recent winners, now studying Commerce and Law at Vic Uni. They are here to share their experiences as part of the Quirk Scholarship whānau, why they love Commerce, where their studies have and will take them + lot's of great info about study and life.
