Context
Marshall Laing School is a contributing primary school located in Lynfield, Auckland. School values are based around four pou - whakawhanaungtanga, manaakitanga, rangitiratanga, mōhiotanga. Marshall Laing School is a member of the Lynfield Kāhui Ako.
Marshall Laing School’s strategic priorities for improving outcomes for learners are:

ERO and the school are working together to evaluate core curriculum initiatives which support all learners in their engagement, progress and achievement for excellent and equitable outcomes.
