ERO has identified the following areas of non-compliance during the board assurance process:

• accurate record that all requirements of the safety checking process for employees were not evident
  [Children’s Act 2014]
• processes for identifying and recording hazards were not implemented schoolwide
  [HSWA 2015].

The board has since addressed the areas of non-compliance identified.
