Ngā Manu Kōrero (Waitaha)
- Details to come from event soon. This is the annual regional Māori speech competition, where up to 4 of the best from each school take to the stage to compete in the art of Māori whaikorero. This is a two day event. This event will include our kapa haka rōpu as well as up to 4 speakers. We aim to stay at either a a local high schools onsite Marae or Rehua marae. Two staff are required + kapa haka tutor. |

Demonstrate practical applications of physics principles learnt in AS 91524 Demonstrate understanding of mechanical systems. Students will undertake practical tasks on the reduced friction surface on the ice and snow tubing. Collect real data to use in calculations. |

L3 Science Geology Field Trip 2026
This trip will visit UC Geology department and Rock Garden, focussing on learning and evidence collection for AS 91412: Investigate evidence related to geological dating. Students need to write a report that outlines at least three different dating methods that determine the dates of when the alpine fault has ruptured. |
