Pacific Rise is a Pacific-focused event designed to inspire and support Pacific year 12 and 13 secondary school students as they explore study, career, and future opportunities at Ara by giving them a taster of selected workshops.

Date: Thursday 3rd September
Time: 9-3pm
Venue: Ara City Campus (we will send further details in a confirmation email)
Lunch will be provided.

Mid/ South Canterbury Secondary Schools Duathlon

Any Year 9-13 students who is interested in participating in the Mid/ South Canterbury Secondary Schools Duathlon, please meet Mr Simonsen outside the gym today at morning tea.

The individual distances for the duathlon are: Run 2km / Bike 9.5km (4 laps) / Run 2km

There is also the option of completing this event as a team (of 2 or 3).

Indoor football kicks off in Term 4!

Be part of a WHS Futsal team. No previous experience needed, just get involved and have a go!

Competitions are available for high school-aged students, with an adult competition also available for older students.

Only $30, charged to your school account.
