Context 

Kawerau Putauaki School is located in Kawerau and provides education for students in Years 1-6.

The school is proud of their TAHI values - Take responsibility, Achieve excellence, Have respect, In it together. These values support the school’s priority to create a thriving and collaborative learning culture.

The school has two Māori immersion classes.

Kawerau Putauaki School’s strategic priorities for improving outcomes for learners are to:
