Context
Jireh Christian School is a full primary catering for students in Years 1 to 8. The school is a Christian state integrated, special character school with students coming from west, central and south Auckland.
Jireh Christian School’s strategic priorities for improving outcomes for learners are:

enable and equip staff to deliver a programme of excellence in writing

to facilitate continual improvement for all students, with a focus on the priority groups

most students will be achieving at or above the curriculum levels in writing.

ERO and the school are working together to evaluate how effectively teacher practice supports the accelerated progress and achievement of all learners in writing.
