About Leabank School
Welcome to Leabank School, an integral contributor nestled in Manurewa on Auckland’s beautiful North Shore at 7 Dr Pickering Avenue.
At the heart of our community are values that reflect respect for people and their culture. We cherish a diverse student body with rich Māori and Pacific heritages, where we proudly see ourselves as part of these communities—51% of us being Pacific students alongside 27% who identify strongly with their Māori roots.
As an inclusive co-educational state school under the leadership of Principal Caroline McLeod, Leabank School is committed to providing a nurturing environment for approximately 382 bright young minds. Our students are encouraged from Year 1 through to their final year in senior education.
The surrounding Manurewa region complements our educational approach with its unique blend of cultures and natural beauty, offering an enriching backdrop that enhances the school experience for every student who walks through our doors. Join us at Leabank School where we celebrate diversity as a cornerstone of education in Auckland.
