About St Joseph’s School (Grey Lynn)
Nestled in the heart of Auckland, St Joseph’s School (Grey Lynn) stands proudly at 456 Great North Road.
As a state integrated school with international appeal, it is unique for its diverse student body. The community here reflects vibrant cultures from around the globe – representing over half of our students hail from Asia and nearly one-third are Pacific Islanders. This rich cultural tapestry enriches St Joseph’s School as we celebrate a variety of traditions, languages, and perspectives.
Our school prides itself on being co-educational – fostering an environment where boys and girls learn together in harmony. With approximately 72 students enrolled across all year levels from Year 1 to Year 6, our class sizes are intimate yet diverse enough for a full primary education.
Under the leadership of Principal Arona Sa, St Joseph’s School is committed to providing an educational experience that goes beyond academics. Our values – respect, integrity, and inclusiveness – form the bedrock upon which our students' character development rests. These core principles guide every interaction within Grey Lynn community.
