About Pukehina School
Welcome to Pukehina School, nestled in the heart of our vibrant Bay of Plenty region! This charming state full primary is a co-educational haven for children aged from reception through year six. With an intimate roll size of just around 11 students, each child receives personalized attention and care that fosters not only academic growth but also the development of strong values.
At Pukehina School, we are proud to uphold a rich tapestry of cultures with our student community comprising an equal representation of 42% European/Pākehā and 42% Māori. This balance is reflective of the diverse fabric that makes up New Zealand society as well as Pukehina's own unique character, which we celebrate daily.
