2026 NZ Year 9 Readers Cup - join the team! ?

26 Feb 2026 – 12 Mar 2026 <p>Do you <strong>love to read</strong>? Are you in <strong>Year 9</strong>?</p><p>Then we would <u>love</u> to have you join the Year 9 Readers Cup team!</p><p>Readers Cup involves a team of 4 or 5 reading six books over April-June, and then attending the North and West Year 9 Readers Cup event held in June at Te Manawa library (by the NorthWest Mall). Readers have to know the books really well! The event consists of the teams answering 10 questions per book, over six rounds.&nbsp;</p><p>It is an exciting event with some great prizes on offer. The winning team gets to represent the North and West Auckland region at the <strong>national </strong>event held later in the year!</p><p>Please email <a href="mailto:[email protected]" class="fr-green fr-strong">Rochelle</a> if you are keen to take part, or have any questions!&nbsp;</p>

Senior Girls In Games

18 May 2026 – 5 Jul 2026 <p><strong>Senior Girls in Games</strong> - Y11-13<br><br></p><p>Senior Girls in Games is an immersive full-day event that covers the basics of Game Art and Game Programming for aspirational game developers in Years 11-13 that identify as female.</p><p>Girls in Games includes hands-on and inspirational game design, game art, and game programming workshops. HPSS Market Day

29 May 2026 – 19 Jun 2026 <p>Do you want to support student businesses? HPSS Market Day is coming, so you can support fellow Q1 and Q3 Commerce students!&nbsp;</p><p>You will see a variety of products, from coasters to clay packs! Each stall will have something for everyone.&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Come join us on Week 9 Term 2, lunchtime at the cafeteria.</strong> It will be the biggest market day in HPSS so far as it is the first time Q1 and Q3 have a joint market day.</p>
