About Kawakawa Primary School
Welcome to Kawakawa Primary School, nestled in the heart of our vibrant Northland region at Albert Street within the welcoming suburb of Kawakawa.
As a full-fledged state school offering education from kindergarten through primary level, we proudly serve an approximate roll size of 229 students. Our community is rich with diversity and cultural heritage, where approximately 79% are Māori—a reflection of the strong connection to our indigenous roots that permeates every aspect of life here in Northland.
