About Te Kura o Kokohuia
Welcome to Te Kura o Kokohuia, an esteemed composite state school nestled in Castlecliff on Matipo Street within the heartland region of Manawatū-Whanganui. With a warm and inclusive atmosphere that caters for all ages, our beloved institution proudly serves approximately 231 students.
Our vibrant school community is deeply rooted in Māori culture with around 83% of the student body identifying as Māori. This rich cultural heritage forms an integral part of Te Kura o Kokohuia, enhancing our shared values and educational experiences.
At this co-educational school under the guidance of Principal Tamahaia Skinner, we strive to provide a nurturing environment where every student can thrive.
