Massey University - Communication Experience Day

9 Jun 2026 – 19 Jun 2026

We’re holding a Communication Experience Day on 19 June, 9am to 3pm, at Massey’s Wellington campus, to give Year 12 and 13 students a taste of our brand new majors in Creative Communication and Social Change, Journalism, Digital Media and Public Relations & Digital Promotion.

We are ranked number one in the country for communication studies and have been teaching it the longest. From 2027, we will have a refreshed structure, because we are also always keeping up to date with technology and industry trends. So we welcome both teachers and students to come and hear from our staff, graduates and current students about the state of the industry (it’s very healthy) and our state-of-the-art, refreshed programme that sees students making live broadcast television and radio news shows, working directly with communities on social change, managing outreach for real clients and much, much more, as part of their studies.
