Location: Our beloved intermediate is situated near the vibrant suburb of Western Heights within Rotorua's dynamic Bay of Plenty region. This location offers our students a unique blend of cultural experiences and natural beauty, enriching their educational journey.
Community Make-up: At Kaitao Intermediate, we celebrate the diversity within our student body which is predominantly Māori (60%) with a significant representation from European/Pākehā communities. Our school prides itself on providing an environment that respects and incorporates all cultures as part of its character.
