About Dargaville High School
Welcome to Dargaville High School, nestled in the heart of our vibrant Northland region at Plunket Street within the charming suburb of Dargaville. As a co-educational state secondary school serving years seven through twelve (Years 9-15), we proudly cater to approximately 403 students, creating an inclusive and diverse learning environment that reflects our rich Māori heritage with about 42% European/Pākehā representation alongside a strong 40% of indigenous learners. Our community is woven together by shared values such as respect for all cultures, collaboration in education, environmental stewardship and personal growth.
