About Mimi School
Welcome to Mimi School, a vibrant contributing state primary education institution nestled in the heart of Urenui's charming suburb of Mimi within Taranaki region.
As one of New Zealand’s co-educational schools, we take pride in providing an inclusive learning environment for approximately 25 students. Our dedicated team is led by Principal Tom Hardy who brings a wealth of experience and passion to our school community.
Mimi School's ethos centers around the core values that foster respect, integrity, and personal growth among all learners—values we hold dear as they navigate through their educational journey from Year 1 right up until Year 6. Enrolment into Mimi is a thoughtful process designed to ensure each student finds a welcoming place where education aligns with individual needs.
With the Taranaki region's scenic backdrop, our students are not just prepared academically but also develop an appreciation for their natural heritage. Our school’s location at 23 Pukearuhe Road in Mimi is a testament to its commitment as both a local and contributing institution within the broader New Zealand education landscape.
