About Pukepoto School
Welcome to Pukepoto School, nestled in the heart of Northland on Awaroa Road within our vibrant suburb also named Pukepoto.
At Pukepoto School, we are a contributing state school that proudly embraces diversity and fosters an inclusive environment for all students. As a co-educational institution, we believe in providing equal opportunities to both boys and girls from the early years through secondary education.
With approximately 25 dedicated pupils on our roll, each student is valued as unique individuals who contribute significantly to our school community'in character. Our students come predominantly from Māori backgrounds (69%) with a significant European/Pākehā representation of 17%. This blend enriches the learning experience and encourages an appreciation for different cultures within our shared educational journey.
