About Te Kura o Ngapuke
Welcome to Te Kura o Ngapuke, a vibrant state full primary co-educational Māori immersion school situated in the heart of Taumarunui, nestled within Manawatū-Whanganui. With an approximate roll size that fosters close community bonds and personalized learning experiences for our 13 students, we are proud to be a dedicated institution representing pure Māori culture.
Location: Our school is located at the picturesque address of 2490 Taumarunui-Ngapuke Road, Taumarunui, where we are deeply connected to our local surroundings and community. The Manawatū-Whanganui region's rich heritage blends seamlessly with the educational journey of each student at Te Kura o Ngapuke.
Values: As a co-educational Māori immersion school, our core values are deeply rooted in te ao Māori (the Māori world). We believe that by embracing these principles of respect, manaakitanga (kindness), and whanaungatanga (relationship building) within an educational setting, we can provide a holistic learning experience for our students.
